About a year ago I wrote the best review about Goodman chemist store. Their service was best and timely. But I am just taking back my review and mentioning they have gone best to worst. This is my 3 -4th experience where the delivery is not made on time, wrong delivery. I made multiple calls asking about the delivery status. This is totally unacceptable. Being a local feeder i cant wait late night to get the medicine food to get delivered. Please improve your service. Appointment 2-3 delivery person. On the present day I was promised delivery by 10 pm and its 11 pm I haven't received my delivery they dont have simple courtesy to inform that delivery will not take place. I would have made alternative arrangements. Just because you are single chemist store near by you cant take your customer for granted.!!! Management needs to be improved.!!!! We are paying for the stuff we pay. We are eligible for proper service. If you cant provide one please change the management or shut your store !!! Very much disappointed. ~ Pranali A
The best store in all of Navi Mumbai, your one stop shop for pet supplies. They have medicines as well as pet food and accessories. Got a chance to meet the owner during initial setup of the shop, nice humble and a genuine animal lover. Staff is also so great, a true example of service oriented business.
